With a background of a university degree in psychology, I started teaching yoga in 2015 after completing a 300-hour hatha & vinyasa yoga teacher training - at the time more by coincidence, not following a professional plan.

This was the starting point: I loved every minute of guiding a room, feeling a lot of passion for teaching. It is important for me to never stop learning, trying to professionalize with different trainings from year to year. In 2018, I completed another 300-hour Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Training, followed by an eight-month full-time apprenticeship with my mentor in 2019, with focusing on yoga scriptures and hands on assists.

Since my first training, I have been teaching up to ten classes a week (most of them at Chimosa, Yoga Now or Yoga am Park), only stopping for a while when my daughter was born. It was around this time that I became interested in other methods, adding pilates and various healing methods to my portfolio. Since September 2023 I am back from my extended baby break.

I believe deeply in meditation as a holistic tool and see it - along with the impact of sound and vibration - as a central part of all of my classes. At its best, each class is a sweaty journey: it’s my purpose to unite a room of individuals and create moments that uplift, inspire and encourage the students to dive deeper into their true selves.
