MEET LAURA
I have been teaching yoga since 2015.
After completing two yoga teacher trainings (Hatha / Vinyasa & Jivamukti), I immersed myself in a full-time yoga apprenticeship with my Jivamukti mentor and recently absolving a year-long a pilates teacher training.
My teaching style is undogmatic, but deeply connected to the tradition of yoga. For me, yoga could have the side effect of being sweaty - but much more importantly, each class should be a journey and offer you different ways to explore yourself.
My understanding of teaching means constantly learning from others - teachers and methods - and finding a way to make that knowledge easily accessible to the students. It also means not taking myself or things too seriously.

CLASSES
01 Yoga
I plan on teaching weekly yoga classes - in studio and online. There’s also the option for on-demand, private or corporate classes.
02 The Move
It’s all about the movement! A mix of ecstatic dance, cardio, pilates, muscle tone and stretch - 45 minutes each.
03 Healing
Incorporating different healing methods - sound, reiki, meditation, yoga nidra - this is a class that forces you to spend time with yourself .
